Product Introduction
USKYLED 360° Silicone Neon Tube is a flexible silicone sleeve designed to work with compatible LED strips and create a continuous illuminated tube effect.
The product supports 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm PCB widths and is available in configurations for 270° or 360° light output. It is designed for applications where the LED strip needs to be protected and its light distributed through a flexible round silicone profile.
The silicone construction allows the tube to bend into different shapes, while the listed IP67 waterproof rating makes it suitable for selected indoor and outdoor lighting applications.
The product is supplied as a tube/sleeve rather than a complete LED light. LED strips are not included.
Design
The round silicone construction is designed for applications that require illumination around a large portion of the tube surface.
Depending on the selected profile, the product provides either 270° illumination or 360° illumination.
The flexible material allows the tube to follow curved or custom-shaped installation layouts without using rigid aluminum profiles.
The internal structure is designed to help distribute light more evenly and reduce visible LED spotting.

Installation
The silicone neon tube can be installed using:

Screws are not included.
Recommended installation process:
- Select the correct tube profile according to the LED strip PCB width.
- Cut or prepare the silicone tube to the required length.
- Insert the compatible LED strip into the tube.
- Position the tube along the required lighting route.
- Secure the tube with aluminum or plastic clips.
- Install the end caps.
- Connect the LED strip to the appropriate power supply or controller.
- For outdoor installations, properly protect all electrical connections.
